Glass sealed penetrators and feedthroughs provide sealed electrical interconnect solutions for downhole applications such as Logging While Drilling (LWD), and Measurement While Drilling (MWD). In these environments, conditions can reach temperatures approaching 300°C, subjecting electronic systems and signal interconnects to elevated shock and vibration and exposure to downhole drilling fluids.
