Lightweight Thermoplastic Shell Rectangular Connectors. PCB Mount and Pre-Wired Configurations with TwistPin Contacts, Guide Pins, and Mounting Holes
Glenair Nanominiature strip connectors provide lightweight, ultra-small form-factor interconnection of sensors and transmit / receive nodes in electronic equipment. Aerospace-grade thermoplastic single-row and dual-row plug and receptacle designs are available as pre-wired or PCB mount with guide pins and available mounting holes. Glenair Nano strips are set on .025 inch contact spacing with a DWV rating of 250 volts AC. Three wire type options available: Ultra lightweight XLETFE insulation with silver-coated high-strength copper; extruded PTFE insulation with silver-coated copper; and crosslink modified ETFE insulation with high-strength silver-coated copper. Select from 1 to 80 contact cavities. Applications include transmitter and receiver boxes for aviation, space, and satellites.
