Series 89 Dual-Row Nanominiature connectors with TwistPin contacts provide dependable performance under harsh mechanical conditions. Glenair TwistPin contacts are precision crimped to uninsulated solid or insulated stranded wire — available in #30 or #32 AWG. Plug and receptacle rectangulars are offered in stainless steel, aluminum, or titanium shells. Connectors are configured with .025 inch contact spacing and DWV rating of 250 volts AC, twelve layouts available from 9–91 way. Pre-wired assemblies are available with ultra lightweight XLETFE insulated silver-coated high-strength copper wire, extruded PTFE insulated silver-coated copper wire, or crosslink modified ETFE insulated silver-coated high-strength copper wire in 1 inch increments. Connector hardware includes jackscrew or female threaded shells. Applications include downhole, missile systems, launch vehicles and satellites.
