Industry-standard M24308 D-Sub connectors are notoriously poor performers in terms of resistance to electromagnetic interference, environmental leakage, and overall mechanical durability. Glenair series backshells for D-Sub connectors are designed to markedly improve the performance of stamped-and-formed D-Subs through the use of fully-shrouded backshell enclosures, robust environmental seals, and durable machined or injection-molded construction.
